The Directorate of Administrative Services is responsible for the rational administration and management of human resources, the observance of procedures and records related to the municipal situation and the recording of registry events. Its role is expanded with the secretarial support of the political bodies, the operation of the central protocol and the provision of general administrative support services. The specific responsibilities are determined by the applicable provisions of Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions.

The Director:

  • Keeps the confidential protocol and file.
  • Is responsible for the receipt of incoming mail, its unsealing, its characterization with its initials, according to its content, and its subsequent distribution. Ensures the immediate processing of mail.
