TASKS

Its responsibilities include:

• Taking care the collection of laws, circulars and orders concerning the establishment and the way of operation of the legal entities, keeping their file, collecting data of their activity and the facilitation of the work of their Boards of Directors.
• The information of the Municipal Authority for the expiration and the renewal of the mandate of the Boards of Directors and in general any action for their proper operation and their correct composition.
• The supervision for the continuous and effective contact with the competent administrative bodies of the municipal enterprises.
