TASKS

 

Its responsibility includes:

  • The gathering, every morning, of the daily attendances of all the staff of the Municipality (Permanent and Private Law) and the monthly bulletins, the information of the Municipal Authority, as well as the information of the Payroll Department for the unjustified absences, in order to carry out its own actions according to the law.
  • The control 24 hours a day and all days of the month of the presence of the staff in their workplaces based on the work sheets.
  • The submission of the results of the audits to the competent offices for their own actions.
  • The issuance of decisions for the granting of normal and sick leave to employees and the care for the referral of employees to the competent Health Committees (Primary, Secondary, etc.).
  • The notification of the above decisions and documents to the competent offices, for the registration and updating of the personal service files of these employees.
