The Directorate of Citizen Service Centres (KEP) is responsible for the provision of administrative information and the handling of citizens’ cases from the submission of an application until the issuance of the final deed, in cooperation with the relevant departments and in accordance with the central planning of the Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction.
The Director:
- Studies the Legislation and the Circulars and informs about the joint ministerial decisions, which define the administrative procedures of the general public sector which can be carried out in KEP, as well as their respective documents.
- Deals with all matters of competence of the individual departments and offices giving instructions and controls their implementation.
- Recommends actions to improve the services provided to the citizens of the Directorate both to the Municipality concerned and to the Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction.
