The Head:

  • Prepares action reports and financial reports, in collaboration with the other departments of the Financial Services Directorate. Prepares monthly or quarterly action reports and reports hierarchically in pending cases and deviations from planning.
  • Takes care of the rapid, complete and proper organization and implementation of the works of the Department.
