TASKS

• Takes care of the maintenance, repair, decoration and equipment of municipal buildings and schools, their surroundings, sidewalks, playgrounds, sports facilities, etc., and in general the free spaces of the Municipality and municipal infrastructure and facilities.
• Also takes care of the maintenance of sidewalks, the road network.
• Performs various projects with the crews of the Municipality, for which a small expense and a little time is required and in particular: a) Repairs and maintenance of buildings and other facilities (Municipal, Sports, School Units, etc.). b) The diligence for the supply of the necessary tools, materials etc. c) The supervision of the recruitment of the necessary personnel for the implementation of the maintenance works of the buildings and other installations of common areas with self-supervision and the provision of the necessary data to the Personnel Department to deal with any issue concerning the above personnel.
