The Head is responsible in particular:

• For the organization, coordination and control of the activities of the Department, in order to effectively implement the action programs and the relevant decisions or mandates.
• For the legality of the actions of his Department.
• For improving the efficiency of the Department, the improvement of the efficiency of the human resources and the technical means, the better service of the citizen and the better response of the Service to the local needs.
