TASKS

• Receives, controls in cooperation with the offices of the department, the completeness of the submitted files for the issuance, revision, updating of building permits until the completion of the process, ie the receipt of a protocol in collaboration with the secretarial support office.
• Coordinates the competent offices and supports the process of handling the files per study category. After receiving the required individual approvals, it takes care of the completion of the process, ie the issuance of the building permit (building permit – building permit).
• Controls and imposes fines for the construction of arbitrary buildings, according to the current legislation.
• Maintains all statistical data and records with all issued building permits of the territorial region of the Municipality of Alimos.
• Takes care of the initiation of the procedures required during the establishment of Committees while also providing secretarial support to them.
• Has responsibility for the demolition exemption process in accordance with current legislation.
• Controls the architectural studies submitted, for the issuance, revision, updating of building permits during the regulations of the relevant legislation. Approves small-scale works. Keeps a file with the written updates (48 hours ago) to YDOM.
• Checks the set of issued building permits and suspends work or revokes permits, if required.
• Issues a decision for the designation of individual buildings or areas, within which the facades of the buildings must be completed within six years from the issuance of the building permit or the above decision.
• Controls the static studies submitted, for the issuance, revision, updating of building permits during the regulations of the relevant legislation.
• Controls the electromechanical and hydraulic studies (thermal insulation, passive fire protection, energy efficiency) that are submitted, for the issuance, revision, updating of building permits during the regulations of the relevant legislation.
• Checks the tax data submitted, for the issuance, revision, updating of building permits during the regulations of the relevant legislation.
• Sending the relevant files or documents from the files of the Building Permits to be checked by other competent local or state services.
• Carrying out sampling checks in order to determine the quality of a) concrete reinforcement steels and b) cement products.
