RESPONSIBILITIES
The office’s responsibilities are to:
- Conduct each service entrusted by each Deputy Mayor.
- Act on the personal correspondence of the Deputy Mayor and keeps a record of it.
- Coordinate the meetings of the Deputy Mayors with both officials and citizens.
- Keep a record of interviews of the Deputy Mayor and meetings of the institutions in which they participate.
- Keep a protocol on all documents entering and leaving the Office.
- Keep a record of information on matters of interest to the Deputy Mayors.
- Keeps a record of orders from Deputy Mayors to natural and legal persons and monitors the timetable for their execution.
- Keeps a record of associates of the Deputy Mayor (natural persons and services).
