TASKS

Indicatively, among other responsibilities of the Office are:

• It receives applications from citizens from other KEP, the processing of which falls within the responsibilities of the Municipality.

• Forwards the above requests to the services responsible for their processing and monitors the processing process and the observance of the legal deadlines.

• Receives the relevant documents from the services and sends them to the KEP of the initial submission of applications.

• Keeps the relevant statistics in the handling of the above mentioned citizens’ applications.

• Receives and manages citizens’ complaints and suggestions for process improvements.
